I have just discovered a huge stash of old Vogues from the 80s. It's a lot of holiday fun looking at the advertising and things of interest then compared to now. I mean these magazines have cigarette ads, body oil ads, no airbrushing, and far more normal looking models. However there is also almost no celebrities and the articles are much more different. I am going to load up little clippings from these magazines over the next few days. So many of the 80s outfits now people wouldn't be caught dead wearing but there are details and colours and photos that I just can't ignore!
