andrew missen's furniture mission

Among the myriad of fantastic furniture that fills my parents' apartment are these Andrew Missen chairs. My parents bought them from this tiny and wonderful furniture store called Nidus Furniture (in Newtown, Wellington).

candywhistle

I just briefly met the designer & builder behind the fantastic Wellington furniture company 'Candywhistle'. The two were dropping off a new day lounge that Sandy had ordered for her apartment. After the few words we exchanged and scrolling through their website I realised how charming, young and absolutely talented the Candywhistle team are and how one day I hope be a part of a project like that!

P.S. the photos above are also from the Candywhistle website.

secret snaps of sm-all things charli

Hello
Wow, this blog is totally turning into a stylish living blog. I love it! I guess it's because both Aps and I are furnishing our own places and working on curating spaces that we love to live in. Speaking of lovable places, above are a collection of secret snap shots I took around our friend Charlotte's home. Her and her family are seriously cool and all their things are a bit of a dream to look at. Indulge!
Happy living everyone.

absofrockinlutely at your place

This is Jude's incredible place. The interior is designed by her husband, Tim. It is the most flawless apartment I've ever been in and it even has its own boat dock. They're the most lovely couple and while we chatted and had g&ts, I took these sneaky snaps.

Here's my home! I did this post because I am loving Ap's posts on home inspiration and am addicted to the selby (...still!). I tried to do the photos like Todd Selby and I think it kind of actually worked really well. Sandy (my mother) is the woman in the photo at the very top. Without her magnificent eye and decoration skills this place would not exist! Any questions on particular things I photographed or some of the art in our apartment just comment away!
